Product Description

Inlaid with fire -proof expansion sealing pieces, the door frame is made of high quality galvanized steel strip, which is one-time rolled and formed through the special production line, without impact sound when closing. Beams are connected with mullions by 90° angle welding, and the large size door frame can be assembled with bolts. The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.

Hardware:
Generally our quotation will cover the cost for fireproof locks, hinges, bolts and closers. It won’t be extra fees unless you also demand others such as panic bars, door selectors and so on.
Besides, we can also transfer you all test reports and certificates of hardware.
Accessories
We paste around the door leaf perimeter fireproof expand smoke intumuscent which can stop flames and smoke from spreading through gaps between door leaf and frame. The sizes of intumescent stripes are normally FPJ-B-25X2mm and FPJ-B-20X2mm.
Other than smoke intumuscent we also customize door handles, push plates, door stoppers and others for you.
